  • Vanessa Ryan was nominated and seconded as new Chair person.  JG thanked for all her hard work and commitment, card and gift presented from PTA
       
  • Christmas Fair Feedback
  • KM advised takings on par with previous years
  • Concerns raised over signage for entrance and charges
  • Agreed that process for Grotto tickets to be reviewed and revised for this year's fair
  • Agreed the Kitchen food had proved popular and takings were good (pizza and hotdogs)
       
  • Magician - booked 9th February
  • Suggested an interval be included to enable more food to be bought.  KM to speak with John Harding re: timings
  • Kitchen - VR to ask KP whether she can lead on running the kitchen
  • Bookers/supermarket shop needs planning and undertaking
  • Cash floats
  • Seating - KM has spoken to Mr Hesketh re: capacity and seating

  • Mr Hefferan is currently reviewing costing to purchase new tablets for children.  PTA has advised will discuss funding options once request form completed.

  • The group decided there will be no Sport Relief Disco, however, we will be discussing dates with the school regarding a 'Spring Disco' for the children.
