Dentist Visit

On Tuesday 13th November we had a very special visit from a dentist and two dental nurses from Oasis Dental Care in Churchtown, to teach us all about how to care for our teeth properly so that our teeth stay teeth shiny and strong. We used the special mirrors to look carefully at our teeth and found out that you should brush your teeth for a whole two minutes! We played a game all about food and we had to decide if they were good or bad for our teeth. Now we know that sugary drinks can be really bad for our teeth.

At the end of the afternoon we were all given a special pack to take home that had lots of things to help keep our teeth clean - even a two minute timer!
