Viking Invasion of Year 5!

A Viking invasion led by the delightful Solveig descended on Year 5 on the very first day of the half-term. A whole classroom was transformed with fascinating artefacts and wonderful hands-on activities. The children of 5B and 5J were able to try Viking weaving, carve their own names in Viking runes and dress in a whole range of Viking clothing and armour. An educational and enjoyable day was had by all!
