The Rainforest

Lesson: Geography

Class: Year 3 Year: 2016-17

Following on from their geography topic of contrasting climates, Year 3 have been embracing their new rainforest topic. They began their topic with a trip to Blackpool Zoo, where they had a guided tour around the rainforest animals and the rainforest dome Amazonia. They learnt which layer of the rainforest the animals live.

The children also worked hard to complete rainforest projects for their homework, which they shared with the rest of the school and the parents too!
