School Development Plan

Our School Development Plan sets out Norwood’s key priorities and explains how we will continue to strengthen the education, care and opportunities we provide for every child. The priorities have been informed by evidence, school performance, monitoring and evaluation, and the views of pupils, families, staff and governors. Some priorities are focused on improvement during the current academic year, while more substantial areas of development form part of a longer-term, three-year journey. The plan is therefore a working document: leaders and governors regularly review progress, evaluate the impact of the actions taken and make adjustments where necessary.
